He began his career at Kenyon & Kenyon where, for ten years, he developed significant expertise in providing freedom to operate opinions with respect to pharmaceutical products as well as prosecuting pharmaceutical patents. Mr. Moradian has managed significant patent dockets for his clients, including for a leading international pharmaceutical company. He has prosecuted and supervised prosecution of patent applications in the United States and internationally. His experience also includes serving as in-house patent counsel for a medical device company and as trial counsel in patent infringement litigation.
